The title of the article didn't at all match what he said. In this case, something is being made out of nothing.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

hey, maybe in the end, it is all no big deal. I am not the biggest fan of guys lobbying for MVP awards and things like that.. Just seems a little self indulgent.. Hardly humble, but hey, he is no evil guy, but with his whining about getting a cheap shot(which it wasn't) and the " I turned on the switch " comments, he is just comming off as a little over the top....

why would I need to include that? what is it's relevance to what we are talking about? That he felt paul should have won? Probably a diversion tactic.. who knows... throw that in there to make people believe that he is not really lobbying for himself? whatever...

the key is Jordan never complained... I remember one game, oakley almost put his palm through jordans face and mike went off on us.. After the game he didn't go whining that he received a cheap shot, so he "turned on the switch"... that was never mike's style.. that was bitch like what wade did.. You won, you went off, no need to whine... Funny thing, he was screaming"this is my house" and the very next game, lebron came in and Forclosed on that mofo..... ROFL!!

I would also like to add, Reggie miller did his work on the court, he killed the knicks, but never went whining after the game, that, we gave him a cheap shot, so I had to"turn on the switch".. LOL. that is lame.. I mean wasn't being down 15 points at home to a team 11 games under .500 enough to turn on the switch? it took some skinny 20 year old kid with an indaverdant elbow to do that? please.. it was so drama filled, so scripted, so over the got damn top... being down 15 doesn't get you to turn it on, but getting your wittle wip busted did... oh poor baby.. his wittle wip got busted, momma's little boy, come and let her kiss the boo boo.... Whatever.. STFU WADE!!!!

Exactly my point, TKF, and I have no idea why everyone is rushing to Wade's defense. He's clearly a self absorbed melodramatic whiner. He is clearly lobbying for himself both in past, present, and future MVP awards. The only guys that deserve consideration are the top 2 or 3 players who are carrying their teams to exceptional seasons. Wade's not even top 5. Kobe, LeBron, Dwight, KG, Duncan, Melo all doing more for their teams than Wade. According to his comments there's 30 MVP considerations because you take any team's best guy off it they don't look so good. Brilliant logic there Wade. STFU and go back to traveling all over the court and getting your phantom foul calls.

exactly.... and here is where that comment is flawed.. take kobe off the lakers, and they have gasol and bynum and odom and will still win 40+ games, but they are no longer contenders.. Ok, they don't fall apart, but they are far from contenders.. Add kobe and they are legit championship contenders.. End of story.. remove one of these guys: odom, bynum and even gasol, and they still remain contenders with kobe.. So let me ask you.. who really is the most valuable here? Just because your team doesn't fall apart doesn't make you less valuable.. the value comes on how much better you make your team.... And right now Kobe's team, lebron's team, Melo's team, paul's team, are just better... period...

His lobying ,drama, and bytching are not cool.... And pumping up chris paul is so transparent... just a diversion tactic... Why doesn't he lobby against refs giving guys like himself 46 FT's in two games in the NBA finals.. that's right, he took 46 FT's in game 5 and 6 of the finals.. more than the whole mavs team... LOL.. he has no right to complain.. about anything!!

I thought it was a fan's job to hold up the "MVP" signs?

Did MJ go around giving dissertations on how he deserved all the individual accolades, especially in the middle of a playoff race?

No the MUFO went out and spent his career running rookies out of the league in practice and destroying everyone in his way on the way to rings. He drained every last ounce of everything out of whoever was on his team to get rings.

You save these "how great I am" conversations for ESPN a few years after you retire, not when you're still supposed to be competing.

Wade's lost some brain cells or something. Maybe if he got some tatts he could stare at, he'd calm down a little. Do they have a Chinese symbol for MVP? Spent too much time around Barkley doing commercials...

I don't disagree with you, but we have no idea what the question was so that makes it difficult to criticize Wade.
