Hughes is trash. Didn't we have another thread going on Hughes I could have sworn I weighed in on Larry Hughes. Think Crawful with a terrible attitude and you get Larry Hughes.

Just say no...unless it's really helping us out in another way.

You don't think he would help short term? I don't want him here for longer than a season and a half, but Larry Hughes is better than Rose and James, plus it opens up a spot for Junior

I agree. To say the least, we improve our defense in the short term. You would like to try and include Jefferies though.

Trading JJ2 would be a huge plus. Maybe we can move him to the Wizards and get Hughes for Malik and JJ1. That's asking a lot.

I don't get all the hate for Hughes. He can play d and he can hit a jump shot. He's not worth the contract he's getting (not even close), but as long as the contract expires by 2010, it's no problem.
