moon stinks. miami also gave toronto $3 mil. toronto gave up a heavily protected conditional draft pick which probably won't ever reach those conditions. i think this trade is as even a deal you can get in the league as both teams got what they wanted.

Moon does not suck. He is not an up and coming allstar or anything, but the dude is a solid rotation player. I would rather him than Banks.

I think this was a good trade for both teams in terms of needs.

you're right, suck is a strong word. but moon isn't that good. he's more like a 15 min a night guy b/c he constantly loses his guy on defense and bites on every pump fake. and his shot selection is downright hideous. but in miami, he could make more of an impact as toronto doesn't have a guard that can create like wade.

the more i think about it...the more i like this trade for miami as they now have the SF they need. surveying the free agent pool this summer, marion is the best SF available and now they have a major advantage to bring him back. they are now 1 SG away from putting together a really cohesive uptempo team with complimentary parts...maybe we trade for ellis or barbosa.

Toronto is still a bad team.

outside of 4-5 teams, everybody has "2nd tier" guys.
