Jordan is a blocks machine.

i still say Camby & Jordan for D Lee & filler is a good trade off for the Knicks.

I wouldnt trade Jordan for any two Knicks or there first round pick--would you?

let's not get carried away here... the kid had 1 good game all year... D Lee's put up numbers all year long... i think based on potential only that it's a pretty fair trade off for both teams... Jordan might end up to be nothing, he might end up being great... u already know what u're getting in Lee... u're crazy if u think Jordan is worth more than Lee & Gallinari for example.

Those same fans chat on Lee this summer for supposedly botching the Mayo deal and as late as season's end last yr stated Lee isn't worth more than 5yrs/$40mil. We're talking about Knick fans, one of the most suspect/hypocritical fan bases in sports history. I've always said and never wavered Lee is a $55mil player if not more. I've been saying this for almost 2yrs now.

David Lee is an all star player for this year since the Randolph trade--there is no doubt about it. David Lee will also carry a price tag that is going to spoil the 2010 FA plan and for all of those people like fishmike who really believed that we were resigning David Lee for 7mm--well they will be wrong. On the other hand--Jordan has had more blocked shots in two games in the nBA than Lee has had in his career. He is salary restricted for 3 more years at a very low rate. There is no two players [this is coming from an LA point of view] that I would swap up for Jordan. It makes no sense. His stock just lifted like Amazon in 1998. If Im LA this player is untouchable.

Clips laugh and hang up on you irregardless of what their record says. Jordan looks very similar to Dwight Howard first yr in the league now that he's getting PT. You don't trade Dwight Howard potential plus Camby for David Lee and fillers. If our GM would have just been agressive to buy picks we could of had the kid it's not like we couldn't use an athletic big man who can block shots in this system.

Our GM was aggressive trying to buy picks. Other teams just offerd more. We tried to trade for a 2nd rd pick to get Mario Chalmers.

The Heat acquired Mario Chalmers (No. 34) from the Timberwolves for cash and two second-round picks in 2009.

The price for an early 2nd rder was at least 2 2nd rders in 2009 which we didn't have. I don't even think we had one. We would have had to trade Balkman and a 2010 2nd rder if we even had one of those. I don't think that was enough to entice teams.

In a three team deal, the Bulls acquired the draft rights to Omer Asik (No. 36) from Blazers, the Blazers recieved a (Knicks) 2009 2nd rounder (from Bulls), and 2009 (Warriors) 2nd rounder from (from Nuggets). The Nuggets received Sonny Weems (No. 39).

My friend if Deandre Jordan went for 23-12 with 4 blocks on 11-12 from the field with an array of dunks on a Laker team that sports the biggest and best frontline in the NBA with a Knicks jersey on his back--the guy would be on the front page of the Daily News and every poster here would be up in arms. Come on look at the Gallinari posts then multiply that by 50. Did you watch him play last night? This wasnt Eddie Lee Wilkins of 25 years ago. This guy was smashing dunks and rejecting shots on Gasol Bynum and Odom.

Im sure there are plenty of Clippers fans are probably going crazy. Im sure if I went to a clippers message board right now. There will be a few people claiming that he is Dwight Howard, and a bunch of people talking about how people need to temper there excitement and to let him develop as it was only one or 2 games.

Jordan is a boom or bust type of player. Most people new that going into the draft & coming out of the draft. Clippers got him in the perfect spot because as a 2nd rd pick it eliminates the bust aspect. Plus he has Marcus Camby, Chris Kaman, Zach Randolph to learn from. Jordan is in a good position he just has to want to be good.

I was hoping we were able to land him when we traded Randolph to the Clippers. Im sure Walsh inquired about him, but Clippers probably declined. I also hope Jordan pans out to become a stud. The NBA needs more quality big men.

Jordan had a good game, but a lot of the night he had that same lost look as he did in college. in the end, that front line got abused by bynum. ABUSED.. people will pawn it off on skinner guarding bynum. Great, but I also saw jordan getting out of bynum's way as well. I like jordan, One thing with him that is different than dwight is that I don't think jordan is a 7 footer, actually seems closer to 6'10...

that is such an old and outdated line briggs... But I guess it would be right in line with the 100 threads you would post on how great he is.... And how you discovered him first.. right?

They did it with Curry going as far to say Curry>>>>>>>>>>>Dwight, Curry>>>>>>>>>>>anybody in the 2006, 2007 draft. It's being done with Gallo even if he's just picking his nose, so obviously we know what the reaction would be if we had a player with the upside of Jordan having a monster game.

the only fools that said such a thing are ballboys, trolls and people who jump forum to forum changing user names......

Nice hearing another perspective. As good as his stats may have been (and I wish the kid well) you can't teach smarts. Sean Williams, Marcus Williams (I think), etc. Still, I wish we could have found out for ourselves, the defensive part alone. I mean that is all that Sean brought and he was almost a lottery pick.

At least we have a second this year. Again, thanks Isiah, it's taking a while to clean up this mess.

You realize his talent was never put into question, right? It was his heart. One game doesn't prove anything. Does he have the heart to play hard every night or will he just end up having the motor of Tim Thomas and turn into a Steven Hunter? That's up to him.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

well the thing is with jordan is that he jumps for everything and he can jump. It would be a shocker if he doesn't get a block or more..

He caught a lot of dunks, but at that time it was a up and down game, the announcers even said not much defense was being played. I think bynum got point number 40 by basket hanging..LOL..

Not to take anything away from jordan, but if you really watch the game, you will realize that games like this for him, may be few and far between, and I really mean far... but 10/6/3 games for him more often are quite feasable...

There would have been one poster claiming that he is Dwight Howard(probably you) there would have been 2 posters backing those thoughts. Then there would be like 30 posters talking about how everyone needs to temper there excitement as he has a lot of developing to do.

This guy was smashing dunks and rejecting shots on Gasol Bynum and Odom.

dude we saw the game.. I was too busy watching bynum drop 42... I also watched jordan lose bynum 3 times when all he had to do was turn around... bynum was catching allyoop, after ally oop.... Jordan's court awareness is at 0.. I like that javel Mcgee kid a lot more..

Again, thanks Isiah, it's taking a while to clean up this mess.

well the thing is with jordan is that he jumps for everything and he can jump.

If I was the Clippers I would be taking offers for Kaman and Camby
RIP Crushalot😞
If you have full court--put on the Laker game--very entertaining
