It's pretty simple--if we lose were just rebuilding
If we win a few it's the 8th seed overrate city and Dantoni is a genius.
true rebuilding is accepting losing for a year or two in order to achieve the highest possible pick for the long term success of the franchise. the franchise made brutal trades--giving up protections on picks and failing on our highest pick Channing Frye [not yet commenting on Galo since he hasnt played although this has been more than disappointing]
Like Mark Cuban said accepting mediocrity is the worst place to be in the NBA. You play to win the game--in the NBA if you cannot WIN enough and have no direction--it's important to TANK it and shut up and accept it.
we had the same exact argument a couple weeks ago when u told me you play to win the games, & i brought up the Cuban quote & told u we'd be better off tanking for a higher pick than trying to eek out wins this season to achieve mediocrity.
Do posters tend to forget what conversations they participated in? I've been noticing this being stated a lot. Is it ok to say whatever because most know it's troublesome to go back and dig up threads?
This touches on what you and I discussed just a couple of days ago. Our fan base has to be the most fickle there is out there. Wherever the tip of the compass points that's where we're headed, even if it's pointing us in the wrong direction. Where's the consistency?
