this is hilarious... all of a sudden he stinks at running the offense... how come you weren't saying this when he was collecting double digit assist games this season? he's put up more double digit assist games in a 3rd of a season than Marbury has the past 3 years combined.

ummm already addressed what I think of his stats 2 wks ago, check the rondo thread. his assists numbers are as empty as Steph's 20 & 8.

who cares about assists totals when they come off NY shooting 80 deep jumpers and hitting on 20 to 30 off them.

even you or I could average 10 assists a game throwing it to somebody on a kickout all night. NY has guys who are bound to hit some.

I don't know what site keeps stats like points in the paint, fast break points or any other measure of easy baskets but I'm quite sure NY is near the bottom of the league in those categories which is sad considering the principles MDA's offense is based on.
