playa just because you say something 100 times does not make it true. Are you now trying to get everyone against TKF and ME because we KNOW what you are all about and we are holdovers from the DN forum? From what i have read from TKF over the years, he has forgotten more KNicks hoops than you will ever now! Let others judge for themselves what we are all about. You need not try to persuade them. If you feel that is necessary then go ahead. I am sure it will not resonate.
You and Rosen can go now go to your weekly meeting of "how did that little SOB get such a great job and all that money" Haters club.
don't forget your line: Hi..I am playa and I am a JVG addict. I hate him....He is a rat, how did he get this position? how did he win games?
LOL!!!
Maybe he will be a contract chaser. Has that fact changed your opinion of Larry Brown? How many jobs has that man held? Come on now. Be consistent at least....oh I forgot who I was talking to
haha gony. play is trying desperately to drum up support..LOL..
Anyone who sits around and waits for the lottery to better themselves, either in real life or in sports, Is a Loser...............

No matter what the attitude, Playa, the rooks should get a chance to contribute while they get their NBA feet wet. The situation with the injured veterans just makes it a more practical idea.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year.
GO KNICKS!

Listen here my position is what the owner is doing right now, I'm a knicks fans. I'm not spazzing out knowing until the owner sells the team this is his way of doing things. We made the playoffs for 15 yrs straight and now We are a team in TRANSITION with new vets(KVH, DICE, MUTUMBO) trying to get us into the playoffs.

Some of you are talking as though all rookies are created equal. In the real world, some are good enough to help, others are overmatched and won't help the team or themselves by being forcefed minutes.
While in general I'm a fan of Van Gundy, think he got it wrong by following the Riley school that held rookies have to pay their dues before getting time. If they're good enough to help, let them play right away and live with some of their mistakes.
But the opposite extreme: run them out there and let them learn by doing doesn't work either. The team suffers and the players lose confidence.
I don't think Chaney follows the Riley philosophy? Think he just feels the rooks he's got now aren't good enough. That's discouraging if true. Sweets was a high pick, and as he's not a tremendous athlete, it's hard to imagine he'll make huge strides quikcly. Regardless, if he's not good enough to help the team, he shouldn't be getting significant run.
