So, we can only use the remaining cap space after the holds to sign a UFA. And then we can sign our own boys to whatever (even over the cap).

Sounds like a great idea given this is going to be more and more of a topic of discussion and there's so many variables out there as well as conflicting information anywhere from the status of our future 1st round picks to player/team/QO/ETO options of our players...etc.

A reference sheet would certainly help things.

I love the sentiment of winning with the homegrown guys but the key word is winning.

LeBron and Bosh.

Not making room for both could mean we get neither.
