seriously, the Clippers just became my 2nd favorite NBA franchise for making this deal.

Good luck to Zach because he was a professional, playing great and allowing us to elevate his trade value and have this wonderful day!

Say what you want, the dude played hard this year and stayed out of trouble. Good luck Randolph. I personally think you could have been part of the team's future but made it was best for both parties that we parted now.

Major props for keeping his nose clean for 12 games! Big accomplishment for Z-Dump.

i appreciated how hard he played this season, but no matter how well he played i pretty much knew dumping him would be the better option for our longterm success.

Nah. Zach was a loser, plain and simple. Great numbers on losing teams. Bad defense, ball hogging, no blocks. Sure he looks great on paper, and maybe a good team player in the beginning, but eventually his true self would emerge. Goodbye and good riddance.

The only thing I'm appreciative of Zach is Walsh shipping his ass to LA.

I dont hold out much hope for 'ol boy. Other than their decent little run a couple of years ago, The Clips are a career graveyard. I dont know if Eddie Winslow can handle L.A either. This is a desperate short-sighted trade by the clips and it has disaster written all over it. Par for those course with those guys.

being desperate & short sighted is how we landed him to begin with.

And it almost cost us a shot at Lebron, thank god Dolan finally pulled the trigger and brought in Donnie before it was too late. And thank god for the paper clips who bailed us out of our mistake. Threw us a serious lifeline.

It feels good to be on the other side of stupidity. Seriously, how many lifelines have we (Isiah, Layden) thrown to other teams bailing them out of cap-hell, giving away lotto picks, etc. Thank goodness for the Clips...

Thank you ZBo. I think I am on the minority here, but I really liked your game.

Fugazy & Mobley aren't gonna have much of an impact on this team, let's be honest... i don't think we fleeced the Clips but we did make a helluva smart trade here, just like the Blazers did when they traded him to us for an expiring & Frye... the Clips got the best player in the deal just like we got last year but i guess there's a sucker born every year when it comes to players like Zach Randolph... IMO they woulda been so much better off w/the cap space in 2010 instead but obviously playoffs or bust is their mentality at this point.

No- the clippers are being realistic. Its unlikely that any top rate FA is going to sign with the clippers.

like i said, they're mentality is playoffs or bust, cuz they can't possibly think a roster w/Baron, Zach, Kaman & Camby is enough to win a title anytime soon... that's the same type of idiotic thinking that Isiah used to bring Zach here last year... he couldn't possibly think Marbs, Zach, Jamal & Curry would be the core to bring a championship to NY, could he? OK, maybe that's a bad example... knowing him he might just have believed that a reality... anyway, IMO the Clips woulda been better off developing their youth & keeping their cap flexibility in 2010

If they can turn Kaman into Gerald Wallace, they'll have a pretty good team. Bobcats said no, but if they can come up with something--and I think they could because the Bobcats need a big--that would be a pretty good team.
