The Knicks shoot a lot and miss more than the other team. The opposing team misses very little due to high shooting percentage. Getting offensive rebounds is tougher than getting defensive rebounds. That is why the Knicks get out rebounded nightly.

The assists are wayyyyyyyyyyyyy down in the last two games also. But they seem to be down, when they play the elite's anyway.
I'll never trust this' team again.

This is I think one of the fundamental reasons.

We have the second worst FG% allowed in the league, behind Washington. I would have thought this would have improved with adding Duhon, but clearly not.

Our small line up doesn't help either- see the Chaney Knicks that had KT at Center and Sprewell at the SF.

I just think the more successful teams are capable of solving some of our moves and slowing us down. It's happened with Dallas and now bastan. That explains the fewer steals and fewer rebounds. We still need work with this team.
I'll never trust this' team again.

You'll notice that when we play the tougher teams they are physical with us and force us out to the perimeter. This takes all of our offensive rebounding away. Then with the lack of size on the defensive end we are struggling to compete on the defensive boards. Boston even without Garnett looked like theyw ere playing with kids on the boards. That being said, if we work harder(and I think we will as the season goes on) we may be able to hang in there against some teams. Eventually we all know that we will need more size. I'm not concerned with that right now. Unless there is a trade it will be a problem all season long. What I like is that this team isn't quitting.
I just hope that people will like me
