The links that Jones posted work, for some reason when you quote the post, they don't. All in all, Jones knows what he's doing and Oohah doesn't.

The total breakdown for David Lee on the season:

0-5 feet: 57 percent
5-10 feet: 55 percent
10-15 feet: 16.5 percent
15 feet or greater: 27 percent

These numbers may not be perfect because CBS' shot charts are not perfect, but I bet this is pretty close. Like I was telling Slimpack the other day, Lee is waaaay more effective offensively when he is near the basket.

By the way, most of the 5-10 feet is about 6-7 foot shots.

If you look at the logs, you will see that Lee plays much better when he sticks to his strength, playing around the basket.

Lee's shooting percentage breakdown updated after tonight's game VS. OKC:

0-5 feet: 63 percent
5-10 feet: 55 percent
10-15 feet: 28.5 percent
15 feet or greater: 25 percent

By the way, is there any doubt that Lee is far better coming off the bench?
