This might be Jax best coaching job. Oh Dumb is no superstar and Pao is not either.

Only Phil can turn Reezy into a starter on a championship caliber team!

Pau is a very good player. Compare him to Will Perdue, Bill Wennington, and Luc Longley.

Phil Jackson is a very good coach, but his "genius" always seems to start with having the best player in the game and a top 10 player alongside him. In this case top 15-20.

Jackson is a very lucky guy. But all coaches who won multiple championships, in different sports have to be blessed with talent to win the way they did. It is the Cinderella teams and coaches that don't get much recognition.
I'll never trust this' team again.

I remember those guys as nothing more than respectable role players but maybe I'm forgetting how they were in their primes? Were they really as talented as Pau is now?

I remember them well. Nothing without Jordan, everything with' Jordan.
I'll never trust this' team again.

Can't believe we practically gave Ariza away for nothing...

Well, be glad it wasn't we. It was someone else. Yup, we should of at least got a pick. But in thinking about it again, Isiah probably would have given that to his hometown team, the bulls when he helped them dump Curry on us.

They just toyed with a very good Portland team last night. Tonight, they're destroying the Clippers in the 2nd game of a back to back no less. Up 32 with 8:42 to go in the 4th on the road. They're good. Very good...

I think with Ariza, I know it's early and we gotta see what goes on around the league, but I gotta believe he'll be considered for most improved player, possibly the 6th man of the year (hopefully Chandler gets some recognition for these awards also). Ariza's developed into a very nice two-way player for them and there aren't too many of those guys in this league...

Must be talking about another Ariza. Couldn't be that one we had a few years back.
I'll never trust this' team again.

I don't think the Bulls centers were at the level Bynum is at.

They are the best team in the West, the only problem is the Celtics are alittle bit better too. And I'm voting for Powe as the 6th man of the year right now. The guy plays 20 minutes a game and looks like he should start at center.

The Bulls championship centers were nowhere near the Pau level of good, that is my point. Pau is a great wingman for Kobe, his equivalent of Scottie Pippen (Not as good, nor is Kobe as good as Jordan), and Bynum is better than Perdue etc. Add to that Odom who isn't great, but still pretty good.

I would like to add to this point that Jordan didn't have to deal with a Shaq on his team either and there wasn't as much talent in the league as there has been in the last several years. That's a fact.
I'll never trust this' team again.

I don't know dude. Bynum is back and he's not going to be pushed around if they do meet in the finals.
