I think the Bobcats were idiots to pass on him because he was exactly what they needed. As for the Knicks, we should have traded Curry to get him. He would have fit DA's system better than Curry.

With D'Antoni, we didn't need Lopez. Anthony Randolph, Eric Gordon or Bayless would have been my picks....in that order. They fit into what we are trying to do here.

My point was that he fit better than Curry, not that he was the perfect fit for MDA. If we could have gotten rid of Curry for Lopez, that would have been a net plus in terms of salary if not talent.

He looks wise beyond his years (Like Gallo I might add). But, that said, he CLEARLY is not the right type of center for this team. I am totally content and happy with Gallo, but wish we could have gotten another pick as there was a lot of talent there in the first.

Oh, oh, oh! There's always plenty to disect on this subject. Let me tell you little boy, this big boy is showing signs of becoming more than he was made out to be, prior to the draft. Those four blocked shots were clearly the difference of us winning last nights game and losing it. Also seeing that we only had '1'.

cool. But you don't have to mention shaq or amare. those guys are monsters. It is like me saying, gee, player X is going to be a superstar, we blew it. Well guess what, it doesn't take a genius to figure our that guys like lebron, Kobe and Duncan are superstars, so I must be placeing player X on the same level. come on man.... you know this..

well let me tell you this little boy. This cat got shut down by malik rose! LOL.. don't get carried away, to say we blew it is ridiculous. What did we blow? we haven't even seen our own player play yet, and you are talking about blowing it. That is just typical overreacting. Lopez is going to be a decent player, but nothing about him screams monster. If you think he has the signs of "monster" then where do you place greg oden, who has just been pulvarizing guys when he gets the ball?

I didn't think Brook Lopez would be good in the NBA either. But I'm not admitting I was wrong yet. I'm going to at least hold out until the regular season before I do that.

Typical. Same fans that question Lopez's ability to play in the NBA because it's only preseason have no trouble declaring Gallinari will be a great player even though he can't even get into a preseason game. Some much for objectivity.

I still say Robin will have the better career when its all over.

as a matter of fact, I would trade David Lee for Robin Lopez (and 1st Rounder) right now

I'd go for it right now, because that may convince dolan to do some buyout, when he sees that the youngn's have a shot at success.

I think he should have been fired or resigned on his own along time before he did so much damage to the franchise, his integrity, his players, and his resume. Isiah is done and even with his gigantic ego he knows it.
