no doubt they woulda won w/o him just like they may have won w/o James Posey... who knows?... all i do know is they DID win a ring w/him & he wasn't just some 12th man to come off the bench during their run in garbage time either.
what the hell is Marbury talking trash to House for anyways? this is the type of mentality we're dealing with here... a more talented player like Marbury is so insecure he resorts to jawing w/role players on other team's benches instead of just focusing on what he needs to do to help this team win games... Eddie House sure didn't look like no scrub when he was burning up the nets w/his jumpshots that same game btw... Marbury needs to shut up & play, bottomline.
You right, he shouldn't be jawing with House, but who knows who started. Maybe House started to jabber from the bench first. I know I saw House mouth the words "Your a Loser" to Marb then pointed at his ring finger. I think its weak for a journeyman player like House who happens to play with Garnett, Ray and Pierce to all of a sudden grow balls and call somebody a loser.
I agree about Marb being insecure. No need to mouth off at a player he is clearly better than.
