i'm not opposed to trading Jamal if we can get a shorter length contract & a young asset or pick in return... i've suggested those trades plenty of times... what i'm saying is i haven't given up hope on Jamal to get into the flow of this system based on a few preseason games that mean nothing... hell, Zach Randolph of all people looks like he's getting it... i think it's fair to give Jamal a chance to begin the season at least before we write him off... that's all i'm saying... as a person i like Jamal & i actively root for him to succeed, cuz he just seems like a real personable down to earth guy... but my loyalty to this team is #1 to me, so if getting rid of Jamal helps this team down the line, that's what we gotta do... same thing goes for D Lee, Nate, Chandler or any other player on this team that i have an affinity for.
