Thanks for the tips guys, I appreciate it.

I just looked into booking the Mandalay Bay, but it's booked when we are going.. DAMN IT!

Have you heard anything about Planet Hollywood? My friends wanna make sure we are on the strip, so I guess that takes out HardRock and Palms unfortunately.

You guys say the pool is the big deal, right?

chances are u guys are gonna be casino/club hopping anyways so i guess just get the reservation where u can afford it & just go crazy up & down the strip... it's not like ur gonna be in the hotel rooms that much anyways.

from the outside Planet Hollywood looks pretty decent, but haven't been inside to give u any impression... a couple gf's of mine just stayed there & they didn't have any complaints.

Ha, awesome trip report. I live in Vegas during June and July for "work", VooDoo is definitely underrated, but the best club for any type of scene has got to be the new playboy club at the palms, blackjack in pit right beside the bar, playboy bunny dealers, out door deck, great dj playing eclectic stuff from oldschool hip hop to indie rock. Def my favorite place.

Alright guys, I'm bringing this thread back.

Myself and 3 other friends are heading out to Vegas in November (we are all 25.) We wanna stay on the strip, what does everyone recommend? I've read MGM, Caesars Palace are good. Any other suggestions? We don't wanna stay in some sleezejob hotel either haha.

Oh yeah and we obviously wanna go where all the other people in the 25+ age group are.

I definately say you should stay at the Flamingo because it is in the middle of the strip and also it is on the monorail stop. The rooms has be reworked and it looks beautiful. I go to different hotels each time I go there. I like Flamingo alot. The pools is not bad too
