Since we all know this is going to be a process that takes years, you can't be to concerned about the W/L column at this point. We've got some young guys who can form a part of our future and they need training and experience. I'd like to see the start of a new culture of pride and max effort from our players. If we're seeing that on a regular basis then i'd be happy.

Does Dolan actually even like the Knicks? I think he would be happier if MSG was another version of MTV and he had nothing to do with sports. If you own/run a team you have to be a fan that is highly knowledgeable about the game and has real insight into decisions. I think Dolan is just a guy happy to see his name in the newspaper and play with his paid for band. I think the guy could care less about the Knicks
