These guys get demoted cuz they have contracts. You can fire them and still pay them. Or let them stew in their own incompetant fecal until they leave to take another position and Dolan is off the hook for paying them. They could always negotiate a settlement in which they take less.

This is worse than just being fired because they have to make a self esteem play to be demoralized and take the money, or walk away with no or less but your chest held high and back straight.

Since MilSiah is not in high demand, they gonna take the money.
