Here is y i predicted the way i did.First we was with out Spree for the first week,which could have put us ova 40 like Playa said.Second KVH is more consistent than Spree.Three were more taller,which means more rebs. n second chances.So this right here would put the Knicks at 44 and thats with out Dice n a shot blockin center.With them two in the lineup were clearly 45 n better.

If McDyess can make a return before January, the Knicks can win 50 games

Too early to call.....i'm still waiting for more trades. But i will say this, if the DICE starts to roll we are .500 and better......for sure.

And if you were not a Allan Houston believer, get ready.....the bandwagon has plenty of room. Allan pulls out all the stops, Hah

I give them 30 wins max; 35 wins if Dice comes back.

Save this for the record:

  • We're a lock for the #1 overall pick this year

  • Scott LayDown FINALLY gets the sharp end of the guillotine

  • Dolan the Clown will:
    -have control of MSG snatched away by Daddy Dolan who's coming outta retirement to save the business before the rest of MSG and Cablevision ends up like the Wiz.

    and/or

    -start looking for suitors to sell the MSG conglomerate to.


These are the only things I see Knicks fans realistically looking forward to this year. Go Knicks!

that is the deal. the knicks success all depends on dice's fragile knees. if he is back before january, we could win 44-50 games. the east is really wide open but detroit and new jersey are soaring over the rest of the conference. new orleans and philly might be above the rest of the pack also. we also do not know what the game plan is. it seems that they will sign lampe and have him in the rotation as well as sweetney but how effective will they be? i like the idea of grooming lampe as a center because he is very young and willing to learn. but can he contribute this year? mybe they think so since they gave up their search for a center and seemed to decide to groom vranes and lampe as centers. if this happens without dice in the lineup and allow the draft picks minutes to develop, which i think chaney is more willing to do, than we will win less games than last year. like 30- 37. also the schedule is a MAJOR factor. it won't be easy in the beginning.

... too many question marks to properly respond to the questioned posed on this thread... Obviously, we have to see if the MORON has anything else up his sleeve. Of course, we have to see if Antonio ever plays basketball (during a regular season game) for the New York Knicks.

As things now stand... I think we suck but, I'll reserve judgement on number of wins for a little longer.

KNicks make the playoffs with 42 wins. Without Dice. Dice makes it back and plays 40 games the Knicks make the playoffs with 47 wins.
The team as of now make the playoffs.

Lampe will be ahead of the curve.

Van Horn will surprise.
