same - it fits with D'Antoni's game
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

I'm OK with Gallinari over Gordon but not over Bayless. I'm just "eh" on this and I would be regardless of who made the pick.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Isiah would never pick Galinari.

Yet Walsh told the media that who he was scouting on his trip.

Fair point, but Isiah would still never draft him. And not because he's white, in case that was what some were thinking.

There's no way in hell Isiah would have picked Gordon. He would have picked Eric Gordon. No doubt in my mind.

Mike D said that he relied on scouting reports and the Knicks international scout. He claims that the Knicks were scouting him for a couple of years.

We should have fired IT after the draft. This dude will not be able to guard anyone and he will be heading back to Italy in 3 years. This team has no clue. If you were going to waste the pick, at least trade down and get more assets. This just blows.

I just don't get how you can say that when you haven't seen him play. I'm not saying I've seen him play, I'm just saying, can't we watch this guy play some before we jump off the Brooklyn Bridge?

I think D'Antoni really wanted a guard with the pick. He looked like a deer in the headlights when he was interviewed. I don't think he realized what a snake pit he was stepping into when he took the job. He is used to getting the players that he wants and having a say in personnel moves.

You notice that too. It look like they pulled him away from his vacation or something.
