I would package Zach & Crawford and take back Wallace & ending filler (Snow?) and their first rounder this year.
Wallace is so finished, its not even funny.
If the Cavs had had Crawford against the celtics, they probably win the series. He is a chucker and he goes hot and cold, but he is not afraid to take big shots- and no one on the Cavs were able to hit open baskets.
Same goes for Zach- yes, he shoots a bit too much, but he has no fear.
I think the question is can Ferry & Cleveland get better deals elsewhere?
Trying to be objective, I honestly think that trade makes them better.
if i were CLE i'd push for a trade for someone like Jermaine O'Neal & Tinsley instead in exchange for Big Ben, Wally Z & their 1st round pick... i think that improves them more than a deal for Zach & Jamal & they would still have their defensive presence in the middle & more of a true PG in Tinsley... dealing w/their divisional rival is a stretch but if Indy is in rebuilding mode they stand to gain $15 million in cap space after next season & a ton more after that along w/a 1st round pick.
