If the Knicks have Lopez rated as their fourth player and for any reason take someone else in his place, they will later celebrate their good fortune.
You're right I guess the Knicks did not have him ranked top 4 certainly we took the best player available--and that will become apparent soon
Neither players has played a second in the NBA and we have decided?
I watched the whole week with eyes wide open--all of the teams---I was impressed with Westbrook and Chalmers as well--but Brook Lopez is one helluva player who just stood out above everyone. You're right no one has played NBA basketball but that wont change what I believe after viewing Lopez this week--that he will be an NBA offensive force who can also block shots and rebound when committed to it. This was no puff league. It was fast and competitive with a high talent level.

I'm not a Lopez fan and didn't watch the Orlando summer league. But please remember last summer when our guys had a perfect record and remember a number of years ago, when during the summer league, Lampe looked like a steal instead of a bust.
The summer league is good practice, and it's a negative indicator in that a player who does poorly there likely won't have much of a career (Frye). But when a player or players do well, it doesn't mean much of anything.
