yea martin, sweetney was good and vranes showed some shot blocking ability, but Lampe caught my eye. First of all, he has a better handle than 95% of the guys on our team. That may not say much but believe me, he can handle the ball... He shows good moves in the post and quick ones too. One play he spun on the defender came back to the middle and scored on a bucket and a foul. Next play the other team pressed, he received the pass at half court dribbled up court and pulled up for a 15 foot jumper that was money. He also can see the court well and make nice passes. His defense and rebounding are weak but for christ sakes that is the problem with most young euro players, this guy has skills.....

maceo baston had a great summer league and he is not even on the radar

but i understand. when you are a knick fan one has the ability to make himself believe things that his eyes have yet to actually witness


i hope lampe do it big like nowitzki but i need to see it first

haha prod.. but in all fairness Baston was not doing the stuff lampe is doing, I mean this kid is swishing jumpers, making post moves and handling the ball like a guard. He is not scoring garbage points... baston had a good summer league but as we can see, teams look for upside. Baston is no better than he was the year before...
