I think that's it.

My sense with Jax is that a lot of guys who've worked with or coached him over the years considered him to be a natural leader, as well as possessing a high BBall IQ. Sometimes a guy just reeks of "coach". If over the years guys like Pitino, Ewing, Larry Brown, Bird, Reggie Millers, Donnie Walsh, et al, hold the guy in the highest regard and think he's a natural coach then someone's going to give him a shot.

I'd prefer if he had a couple of years as an assistant under his belt, but I think with good assistants under him a rebuilding team like this would be a good place for him to start.
