Lee agent hasnt said a word. Lee hasnt said a word. There has been about 7 guys from his draft and 5 from last year draft with better numbers than Lee. 13 players in two drafts and you want to trade him for a 12-16 pick. That is something Isiah would have done. In the last two drafts name a player drafted over 12 that is better than Lee? This draft strinks and Briggs who I respect has you believing swing for the fences and if you strike out oh well we are playing for 2010 anyway.

Yes King people still want to trade Lee stop with your nonesense besides if he leaves at least you will have Bon Bon to console you. Lee services (rebounding and finishing) are easily attained in other players that are readily available.

His play isn't the only thing that can be said about him. It's his character that is impressive.
I'll never trust this' team again.

Character or so-called character is overrated. To be successful in sports you have to be kind of an ******* or at least on the floor. You think Michael Jordan was a nice guy all the time on the floor and catered to the sick/poor/elderly during his off time? Does the fact that he's degenerate gambler make him any less of a great basketball player? Does the fact that Wilt Chamberlain was probably a sex addict and was known to be a generally an ******* make him any less of a great basketball player? David Lee I'm sure is a nice guy but that does not negate his weaknesses nor should it make him nearly untouchable in possible trades. Stop with this false notion that good "character" guys breed better basketball and bad "character" breeds bad basketball.

Character means not being selfish, wanting to win, work hard in practice. Most of the time the guys on this team never practiced. Showing up drunk for practice, missing the plane for games, sitting out because you were tired that is what I am saying isnt good character

Al thornton avg 12 points and 4 rebounds and shot 42% and you call him better than Lee. If what Lee does so easy to attain then why does every team in the NBA want him. To fill the white quota on the team?

Focus on basketball here thats what is important at the end of the day. If a guy can contribute positively to your team then keep him and if he doesn't then try to unload him. I agree with the opinion that Zach really has no place on this roster and is just another chucker among many on this roster. But this character crap is only important to fans who like to think that athlete's personal lives should be held to a higher standard then an average Joe.

If you dont think Lee can help this team. 55% from the field, one of the best offensive rebounders in the NBa, and doesnt need the ball. Defense needs work but if you get a coach with discipline you sit him if he doenst play defense. There was no accountbility on this team and the players including Lee did what they want. Bitty who can average a double-double on 7 shots a game, that you can pick off waivers or the street?

I rather have a guy with lesser numbers who can play defense and block an occassional shot.

And your point Zach isn't a shotblocker I've never denied that so how does me wanting a shot blocker translate into a revelation?

Bitty put down the 40 and tell me what you would do to make this team better? My contention is Lee is your only asset keep him and if he gets traded I will never have a chance to take you to dinner at White Castle

*sips 40* most of this is predicated on we get in the draft and our coach.

1. Create a Blue Print

2. Eradicate all traces of the Isiah era in the front Office and coaching staff if possible.

3. Attain Point guard/small forward either through draft, trades, or free- agent signing

4. Let Marbury and MRose's contracts expire

5. Buy-out Jerome James and Q Rich

6. Get new uniforms

In terms of the rest of the roster:

I don't think any player on this roster deserves a special status of untradeable but also don't exchange our garbage for a different kind of garbage. I
