Of course everybody here was hoping that Lampe would contribute and that Vranes would at least be some defensive force!!!
But hey nobody could have really expected it!!!
Lampe didn't get much playing time with Madrids first team! He played for their developement team in the spanish second league!!! If he had been a starter in a first league in Europe i would expect him to contribute right away couse this summer league is no way near the NBA season!!!
Vranes is even more of a project, Id be more than glad if hed be ready next year!!!
Nevertheless lets wait till after the Utah league for judgement cause these kids are supposed to be motivated and learn fast!!!

First of all, I laugh when people in the press, scouts whatever... say he's slow... they say he's slow because he's being compared to Dirk Nowitzki... Please, this kid is 18 years old, totally wet behind the ears (in spite of EXPERIENCE playing pro ball in Spain) and has an awful lot to learn while his body continues to fill out.
