I ignored you because I thought it was obvious given the replies in various threads regarding the Walsh hiring. Just in case you're that dense: you're one of them.

You were (not too long ago either) one of isiah's biggest supporters. I remember you from the RealGM boards. I stopped posting there because of the just ridiculous isiah love that goes on there. I came back one day and then all of a sudden you finally realized what 90% of knick fans knew, That isiah has ruined the franchise and weren't even close to bottoming out yet and you started sounding just like isles.

You were 100% wrong on how things were gonna shake out with this team, you didn't even have the integrity to stick to your guns. You turned tail and turned on your boy isiah with a quickness.

You are PATHETIC. Calling someone a hater and not a real fan because they didn't get excited over a stupid dunk. this isnt the rucker or the and1 tour. It's the NBA. Win games, Have a direction, Have players that respect the game, respect the uniform and have some class - people will get excited.

Completely and grossly Incorrect top to bottom. In December of 2006 I gave up on Isiah Thomas and the Knick roster. I got roasted for doing so. Even had over-zealous mods suspending me and deleting my threads. So, you're wrong.

Since you're apparently clueless I will explain reality to you.

I supported Layden's firing and gave Isiah the benefit of the doubt in 0304 to show us something - and he did. I felt 0405 was derailed by a few early injuries combined with whatever transpired with the Lenny "resigning" situation. Larry hired summer of 2005 along with 3 seemingly nice draft picks was cause to give the team the benefit of the doubt - of which if I recall 99% of the fans did. After the Larry debacle I felt that Isiah should be given a chance given how bad the Larry year turned out - through the end of December 2006 - to show us whether or not Brown was truly a purposeful disaster that ruined the team's chances to come together and whether or not the team had a chance to succeed with the man who brought them here.

When we got blown out by the reeling Celtics and Sixers in early December I gave up on my 33-game-end-of-2006 date where as a fan I'd think about the team and it's future --- and turned on them.


At least know the actual history of my fandom before calling me out on it.



Now, as to calling me pathetic - what was and is pathetic - and such theory that has been supported by subsequent wins - is fans TRASHING our players who have played well recently and DESTROYING the franchise for winning a single game - and a couple of games late in the season. It's pointless to go on like that given people like YOU demanding the team wins or loses games has absolutely no bearing on whether or not they actually will. It's also pointless to rip them for a couple of wins this past week - when they won 19 other games spanning the entire season.


And finally, you can take your nasty attitude and shove it where the sun don't shine.

Actually what's pathetic is calling someone out and then ignoring when they try to explain to you, rather nicely I might add, why you're completely off base with your accusations. Obviously it's because you have no defense for your baseless claims but are intent on perpetuating them as you wail about how unfair everyone is being to the Knicks when nothing could be further from the truth.

Nate is a part of the current dysfunctional group and is part of the problem.

The special player he is is also what makes him a problem to build a winning environment with.

Put him on the Spurs and he'd get in line, so he has value to some teams. But we need some prideful players who care about winning over the bravado of the occasional victory. Dudes that come from winning and demand it.

He's young, he grew some this season, and he might continue to grow. He's maturing albeit slowly but if he continues to mature he'll make a nice player off the bench in the long run for us or for another team.

Nate isn't the problem but as long as guys like Marbury will run amuck, Isiah will instill a disasterous environment devoid of accountability and maturity, and you have guys like Zach and Crawful chucking anytime they choose - then impressionable youth like Nate will likely act more immature than they ordinarily would.

No reason to hate on Nate. He plays with that type of passion whether it's a game winning shot vs Philly, a final punctuation on a 10 point win, or a dunk while down 27 to the Lakers. That's just who he is and how he reacts - with emotion all the time.

Go find me anything where I've been less than cautiously optimistic about Donnie Walsh coming here. The only thing, and it's a HUGE thing, that could be mistakingly miscontrued as being negative is what I think the situation would be IF Isiah was kept in any capacity. Notice the qualification, "IF Isiah is kept".

I know you'll just ignore this and keep on talking out of your ass with your baseless claims because you feel some deep seeded need to defend all things Knicks, to the point where you don't think fans have the right to be be even cautiously optimistic.

And it's not ludicrous to want your team to lose as many games as possible when you're 35-40 games under .500 with only a few games left.
