let him go to someone else's camp
look at him from a distance
i'd rather try to get dnichols back into camp

Why? What knowledge would we gain from a distance that we wouldn't from having him in our camp? I don't see any benefits to your idea.

GKF and playa - you guys are right......but why you gotta ruin our little happy ending?

Lampe will be a fan favorite for obvious reasons. Now pass the cheetos

Sorry playa --he's off white a little to pale to be considered a honky

I thought the kid showed some nice personality during the draft and while he was on the roster.

He was clearly not mature enough to handle the NBA at the time.

Playa, you mean you think DLee is loved cuz he is white?

He's already made that clear in the past.

I don't think we have any projects on this roster - unless you want to go with Chandler.

As for bringing him in- we don't have any big's that can knock it down from outside like Utah with Okur or Dallas with Dirk- we've always been killed by those kinds of players- and given the way the league is developing, it would be prudent to explore having that kind of player on the roster.

Couldn't be any worse than what we have.

I have a feeling Lampe had major attitude issues, which is why he was bumped around so much. He's clearly talented enough to do well.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

I couldnt agree more - he was not good in the NBA. Some players are better off over in the Euro leagues and I think Lampe is one of them. He already proved he couldnt cut it here I dont see why you would bring him back.

I remember watching Lampe on one interview and he was clearly weeded up. People grow up a lot from 18---22---why doesnt he desevre another shot at only 22 years old? if not the Knicks some other team? He's going to have to come into the summer league and prove it--I think it will be with Miami/

I really don't understand your comments or Siar's about when Lampe was 18? How many current NBA players do you think at age 18 would have proved that they could cut it in the NBA? You're making it sound like there's some serious risk that I'm unaware of to inviting him to training camp.

Yes we do, we're rebuilding.

My hope is that we can slowly rid of the crap we have and be able to play some guys and give them a shot to see what they got. If it means losing, who cares? We are REBUILDING.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Did you read my post? Why did you just name veteran players on the roster? That's not a rebuilding team. I'm talking about when we are in the process of rebuilding.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Lee is a great hustle player that plays with effort and because he's white he recieves a few passes by most whit fans too.

I like him as a player and would love to see him on a great team that would bring him off the bench. I think his confidence would be out of this world as he continues to work on his perimitter game.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

JR smith at 48

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/teams/stats?team=den&seasonYear=2008&season=2&sort=pts&order=true&avg=48&split=0

By the way David Lee and Josh Boone are nearly identical per 48 minutes

Hey Siar, do yourself a favour and go look up Tracy McGrady's numbers when he was in the league at 18.

Lampe deserves a second chance.
