Listen closely:

Isiah is never gonna coach again,
never gonna be GM,
never gonna commentate,
or hurt teams.
Never gonna be a scout,
never gonna leave a doubt,
that he was the all-time worst...

As to this news is this not about the fifth time the media had "Isiah Fired Today" thrown out there? As time goes on of course it's more likely to be true but until ITS ACTUALLY TRUE these are just empty words.

As to Rick Astley anyone see that college game that got Rick Rolled? LOL...

Yahoo/Newsday speculate that the rumor is that Bird is getting fired and Walsh might be brought back in.

Who the hell knows...this is why you can't pay attention to rumors and 'inside info'.

Until the shoe drops..........
Bird may be out, Walsh in for Pacers, nixing Knicks
Larry Bird

If the New York Knicks have a list of potential candidates to replace Isiah Thomas as team president, one of the most respected names, Donnie Walsh, might not be available to them.

The 67-year-old Walsh has drawn interest from four teams, including the Knicks. One is Walsh's current employer, the Indiana Pacers, for whom he has worked for more than two decades. Pacers owner Herb Simon recently said there will be changes with the franchise this offseason, and that could mean the departure of Larry Bird, the president of basketball operations. Walsh, who essentially kicked himself upstairs when he hired Bird in 2003, could resume full control of the Pacers, who are likely to miss the playoffs for a second straight season.

"I think there's a lot of blame that could be passed around," Bird said before Monday night's game against the Knicks. "Obviously, it starts at the top. If you're at the top, you've got to take the hits like everybody else."

Just don't get your hopes up, that's all. What's up with me? Nothing. I'm just not celebrating when this is all based on a report from the Post(worst paper of all-time) and Isola(who has reported Isiah would get fired 3 times already). I need to hear it from more reliable sources and more importantly see it for my very eyes before I celebrate. I used to get caught up in these reports and was celebrating earlier this year from another Isola column but that is not happening again. Funny? Nothing Isles said was funny. I must be the easy guy to pick on around here, huh? And to think you're greek too. Shame on you.

Isiah is going nowhere. Dolan's ego will not allow him to fire Isiah after giving a contract to Isiah last year. I think Dolan will give Isiah at least one more year.

So I guess you're being realistic when you call out that the 18-46 Knicks will win every game not because you actually want them to win, but because that would screw up their lottery pick, which would be the worst case scenario? What does that have to do with being realistic?

Everyone around here wants what's best for the Knicks. Philosophies differ.
Some want the Knicks to win now.
Others want them to lose now, so to get rid of Isiah and get better picks for the long term.
You want neither.

Meanwhile you go around calling people idiots.

And I know what a realist is. Thanks for the definition.
