How can you like "a lot of moves he's made" when all of them have been clear failures? Marbury doesn't even play anymore, Rose doesn't affect how much we suck because he also does not play, removing Q wont change much, Zach Randolph also isn't a big difference even if you remove him, and Fred Jones is just a role player. Wilson Chandler is a decent prospect to have but nothing special.

None of the guys you are talking about removing will do anything to significantly effect the outcome of this team. Absolutely none of those guys.
