i want to be on record as supporting thomas
he is good at the draft and has alot of options this summer

What are these options that you speak of?

To keep following through on the plan he put in place 4 1/2 years ago. To build around Stephon Marbury The 3 first rounders Frye, Lee and Nate Eddy Curry the Power Team of Curry and Zach the #5 pick this year.
If it didn’t work in Phoenix with Nash and Stoutamire... it’s just not a winning formula. It’s an entertaining formula, but not a winning one. - Derek Harper talking about D'Antoni's System

I agree that we should support the Skipper, who is brave and sure, and his mate who is a mighty sailing man.

The voyage is just getting started, and Cap'n Isiah has charted a course out of these troubled waters.

I think he still deserves a chance to right the ship.

He's not a good drafter. Picking Frye ahead of Bynum, never making a half arsed attempt to trade up in the draft, or trade down to get an extra pick, never buying a pick, picking Balkman ahead of Rondo, picking CHandler ahead of Almond (Still think that was a terrible move) and so and so on does not strike me as being a good drafter.

almond has played less games than chandler
frye over bynum looks bad after the fact
we had no center we couldn't take a prject at the time
bynum just started to play well anyway
im sure nate would look better than rondo in that system

why didn't you mention tmac,mighty mouse,camby
why didn't you mention the fact he 's the one that wanted to bring in oneal why didn't you mention lee

You just mentioned everything he did in Toronto more than 10 years ago. Even with those "brilliant" moves, he still eventually got fired. In Indiana he was mediocre at best. In NY he's been a disgrace to the game of basketball.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Yeah, Lee was good, so was Nate. I said he should have drafted Bynum at the time too. And maybe Morris hasn't gotton any playing time, but he will. He's KILLING the D-League too, from what I hear. And I don't care about him drafting T-Mac, Stouds and Camby. Did he draft them when they were on the Knicks? And I want nothing to do with Mr. Brittle Jermaine O'Neal either, so if he brings him in, that will only make me want him fired more.

And btw, I don't care if we had no center. We hardly have one now either in case you didn't notice. Why did yourself in a hole and get someone who sucks, let alone 2 people (jerome) as opposed to having nobody or a project.

I think he should be LB'd - forced to work out prospects, but told to keep quiet and given the cold shoulder. And then fired, right before the draft!

Yeah, I still like his drafts. Let's let him evaluate the draft and then have David Stern announce that we've fired him right before we make the pick he had decided on.

"And with the third pick... I have a firing to announce..."
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

This man has proven to be Manipulative, vindictive, poor motivator and an alienator of players and coaches.

Totally agreed, but try 'alienator of the NBA'.
I'll never trust this' team again.

I believe this to be your single greatest post (aside from you getting under Crackbury's skin).
