Everyone said the draft wasn't deep in 2006 either, but it was still deep--like this one. Not necessarily sure there are "franchise level talents" in either class, but I'd take Aldridge, Thomas, Roy, Foye, Gay, Brewer, Williams, Rondo, Williams, Boone, Lowry, Brown, Farmar, or Rodriguez. I see the same type of situation this year as well.

There will be plenty of talent to help the club, assuming Isiah Thomas isn't around to screw up the draft again.

He should have drafted that kid Tiago Splitter last year, huge mistake in my opinion especially since he is playing big minutes in europe, would have been a tradeable asset and a nice rotation player in a year.

But GMs try to make their job more complicated

yea.. and you liked the Jerome James signing too. "We NEED a center."

Well your right about one thing.. we still need a center and there are some bigs in this draft

??

Didn't like it but wasn't upset, there was a "he turned it around" sorta article on espn but alas, all a sham, Big Snacks doesn't get it. This was pre Curry talks though.

I really liked pre-draft Wade, Amare, Nene and Bynum, 3 out of 4 there
this is lousy year to have a high pick
