Michael Beasley is very talented but his whiney attitude and him calling for the ball while triple-teammed on every play is kind of annoying.

I think I'd go with Derrick Rose. Beasley might be more talented but Rose might be what we need on this team in terms of attitude and personality. Rose might average 20 ppg at another school. His stats suffer playing at Memphis. Yet, you never see Rose with his head down or complaining. I love how he plays D. He kept Memphis in the game against Tennessee.

I also like D.J. Augustine. He reminds me of Damon Stoudamire when he was in Toronto.

Beasley is a once in a decade talent. He is enormous athletic extremely skilled with great hands and a powerful unique body. He does everything with ease. He's going to be a 30-10 player in the NBA more than once. He's not an all world defender nor does he appear to be a killer although he does seem to grab every rebound that comes in his area. He has a very diverse offensive skill set with a beautiul strong that's he's able to use inside mid range out o three. He can handle the ball extremely well for 6-9/6-10. He gives up the ball when nothing is there. IF the nBA is getting faster with an emphasis on scoring--the guy is made for it.

Your basically looking at Al Jefferson, who is a great player i think you can expect similiar things. However Isiah decided to use another valuable expiring on a player thats terrible and can't be moved in zach.

He's just a F. Imagine the nightmare of the Knicks having to guard Beasley--I wonder which guy could do it? He's way to lengthy and athletic for Q and to mobile for Lee or Randolph.

The negative of being a tweener is on the D. That is where the work will be needed.

Jerred "the stopper " Jefferies would shut him down.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

What is his position? He seems to be a power player but he is too short for PF. I don't know how good defensively he is since they played a lot of zone when I saw a bit of the game and he was the center in the zone. He does seem to cruise and mannerism is a bit off.

I am not impressed.

As for Derrick Rose,do you guys know this kid,he just was a guy from Chicago who emerged a few years ago to overtake OJ Mayo as the top PG.

He doesnt talk much,he's a very shy individual and not much of anything is known about him in his personal life or pretty much anything about him.

If he were to return for his Sophmore year,it would not and should not surprise anyone.

I hope he doesn't. He's the only player I truly want the Knicks to have.

Another player who seems poised and plays very tough D is Eric Gordon.

I think its a forgone conclusion that if Isiah stays and keeps our pick, we'll be drafting Eric Gordon since he goes to Indiana.

Oh no! I hope that's not the case. Gordon is good but I don't think I see a nba starter. I can't call it though. He reminds me of dumars, mario elie, ben gorgan, maybe robert pack etc....just a thick tweaner. Not a point but not a shooting guard.

God help us man......we need a break big time.

Believe me, I want Rose more than any other player, but it wouldn't be the worst thing. Gordon has a straightup silky smooth stroke and he does have a LITTLE Dwayne Wade in him, although I think those comparisons are a bit overboard. The Wade in him is the fact that he's fearless going to the hoop and creative when he does get there but make no mistake about it, he'd rather shoot J's by the 3point line, something Wade doesn't do at all.

Isiah could do alot worse than drafting Gordon, but Rose, Beasely would be better options.
