Mr. Magoo can piss in hs bed sheets and have diarrhea in his depends for all I care. I will not give him props. The same with Coach Eyebrows. No one should get any type of props for doing a bad job. It's like a job. When was the last time your boss gave you a high five for skipping work, or making the company lose money?

If we are going to give Larry Frown props what the hell do we give Lenny Wlikens? A brand new BMW with the leather interior?

Some diseases cannot be healed - they need amputation.
Larry was not in the position to make this kind of decisions.
Isiah left the patient to die.
We can still fight around the reason but this will not help to bring this club from the grave.
So it is no point to even get into it.

What still doesn't add up is why LB supposedly pressed Isiah & Dolan to get Jalen Rose & Francis.

Yes, Isiah the GM should have prevented that move.

And, I still can't quite get over how LB called Trevor Ariza delusional. Funny how he suddenly doesn't look delusional over on the Lakers.

LB should have taken the year off instead of coming here- I think he's brain was overworked & fried from his time in detroit, and he simply didn't perform well, and he clearly did not have the working relationship with Isiah that he should have had.

Is it OK to still be in the "LB was right but he still deserved to be fired" camp?

I'm with you on that. His actions were inexcusable. He was clearly trying to get Isiah canned and get the power

Despite that, he was right about everything.
I just hope that people will like me

He called trevor delusional, just like we think balkman is a bench player who can't shoot a simple jumpshot. This is the NBA not THE UNDER 6'5 LEAGUE

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Why are you guys still jockriding this front runner, he's sucked and he's gone GET OVER IT ALREADY. I'm already over Thomas and he's not even gone yet

It's just putting blame where it's due. So many thought anybody could win more than 23 wins with a less talented version of this team, therefore our problems were all about Larry "sabotaging" the the team, and how much better things would be if Isiah could be left to fulfill his vision unfettered by Brown's diabolical influences.

ANybody could have won 23 games with that team. Or do you think Larry did a great job and was able to squeeze 23 amazing victories out?

No. But in as much as anyone could have done better, under the circumstances, anyone could have done just as bad, as we are witnessing now.

Isiah isn't anyone- he is the one who personally hand picked this bunch- that's a special accomplishment.

Almost like in HS gym class when you divided up the teams - its like Isiah picked all the guys who should have been picked last first.

He did an awful and pathetic job here in my opinion. No excuses for him, he was terrible on and off the court.
Too bad he was the only one gone after that season...

If Larry couldn't get Isiah canned, no one will. Enjoy.

Larry was nobodys homer and spoke his mind.

He was the wrong man to be bought into this dysfuntional situation where spite and propoganda is the corp. culture.

Larry was stupid to take this gig given the roster. Perhaps he thought they would clean things up for him but that would make Isiah look stupid.

Larry fought for what he believed to be right and that made him look really bad and likley drove him about crazy. He was right, the team is really lacking motivation.

Larry was fired for Isiah's sins.

Its a shame, I actually thought some players were making progress especially Eddy.

He wanted Marbury gone. He went behind Isiah's back. He saw the truth.

I second that, pepole who syand up for what they believe generally draw the ire of the mindless masses that have suspended reality in favor of kool-aid.

Plus don't forget the players Larry wanted to trade for: kenyon Martin, theo ratliff, Speedy Claxon and Darius Miles- thats 2 players who ended up needing Micro-fracture surgery, one player with back problems and another, who i think is injured beyhond repair- if we'd of done the trades he wanted we would have been in even worse shape than we are now!

Also we have larry to thank for Jalen Rose, and also Steve Francis! He may have been right about needing to get rid of most of our roster, but the players he wanted would've been terrible!

What these posters don't see is LB always knew the answer for the direction of the team, but no one on the team has ever been where he just came from with the Pistons so they couldn't comprehend him.

Why did the answer include starting Eddy and having Lee be a bench player?

That's because he is not involved with the day to day operations
