Whent the team was competitive we used to give away a pick or ute for a player to help us. That killed us when we needed to rebuild.

This is all old news and the problem now with isiah is massive and complex.

Last nite Mo Cheeks got a one year extension. Thats what Isiah should have gotten.

Well, for that I'd say I did do that. But then again, mostly everyone is annoyed by him.

I'm not saying it would be the same for that guy, but I do remember on realgm how everyone wanted myself, JazzFU, majorleads and powerforward99 kicked off because we didn't subscribe to the popular opinion of the day and everyone was annoyed by us too. Half of them got banned and the other half walked, but all for the same reason: because we wouldn't stand for moderators unjustly catering to a mob mentality.

Being part of a torch bearing mob intolerant of other viewpoints is being on the wrong side of right.

most people here didn't want to see Isiah make any moves at all, so really the only ones who should be complaining are people like you & me who thought there were realistic moves that were out there that could have been made to improve this team without sacrificing our pick or future cap... i just think it's impossible for Isiah to make such moves because he so overvalues everyone of his guys other GM's just hang up the phone when he makes his ridiculous counter offers... sucks to be a Knicks fan when you're forced to wait 3 more years until this franchise has any semblence of a chance to become good again, isn't it?

I couldnt agree more. I really liked the proposed Denver deal. Isiah probably didnt like it because there werent enough broken down ex-stars coming back.

more likely he was asking for Carmelo Anthony or AI in exchange for Zach & some filler... i wouldn't put that type of idiocy past him.

I would've been fine with a trade that helps us get under the cap quicker. I just don't trust Isiah to be the one to do it. Thus, under the "Isiah will **** this up" premise, I have some satisfaction from the fact that him doing nothing has had better success than him doing something.

I wish there was some way we could lure Calipari away from Memphis. I think he'd be an EXCELLENT GM or coach.
