A) Yes, actually. Until proven otherwise.
B) Zach, as a "professional" (we'll use that term very loosely when it comes to Zach), should not have been in that situation to start with.
C) If the fact that Zach wasn't arrested is good enough for you, hey, that's a pretty lame criteria. Zach should grow up and be an adult.

What situation?

No but should be suspended or something I mean what are you looking for here? If something happened then sure but again the only person who seems to be making allegations was a bouncer but I guess thats good enough huh.

"row up and be an adult" are we now all moral authorities on other people's lives. Honestly as long as Zach isn't committing crimes or his actions aren't affecting his on the court play I could care less about what any of these guys for that matter are doing in their off time.

Who is rushing? Zach certainly isn't rushing to turn things around, so why should I give him the benefit of the doubt? He's a criminal. If he wasn't an NBA player, he'd be in jail for a long time already.

Thats kind of a damning statement coming from someone whose probably never even met him but whatever I guess you know him better then most.

Look a lot people put into that situation of making tons of money at a young age do dumbass things. Thats not to say they shouldn't be held accountable for when they mess up but just realizing that it doesn't necessarily make them this terrible person. Now Zach could be a criminal and pulled stuff that we didn't even hit a newspaper but my personal belief is that we should use a little more open-mindedness before rushing to judgement.

Dude he has a criminal history. It's not extremely heinous or anything but he's done things worthy of criticism. Not to mention sucker punching and breaking a teammate's eye scoket for having a little Roast fun on his friend Q-Woods and it doesn't matter the person he did it to was Rueben Patterson. The team suspended him a few games for it.
