u guys are crazy... our biggest need on this team is a defensive presence in the frontcourt & to unload Zach's ridiculous contract... this move would do it in 1 fell swoop... i can't understand the mentality some of you have... let's hold onto Zach Randolph & he's gonna take us to the promised land... wonderful.
if Isiah can get JO from Indy just by giving up Zach & filler expirings like Fred Jones & say Morris, who isn't playing a wink as it is, you do it w/o even batting an eyelash. unfortunately, i can't imagine a trade for JO that wouldn't also involve taking on Jamaal Tinsley's longterm contract also, which changes the complexion of the trade entirely... if that's the case the only way i do the deal is if i can also unload Curry, Q, Jefferies or Turd in the process, & no way would i even think about including D Lee or Balk. this would be a much more balanced starting 5 than what we currently have: C - O'Neal PF - D Lee SF - Balkman SG - Jamal PG - Tinsley After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

Posted by joec32033: I like. That trade would bring some hope to this miserable season. Not to do anything this year, but at least getting us in the right direction. If Artest still wants to sign in the off season and we keep our pick, we start to have some options. Still have Idiotbury's expiring too. |

O'Neal is finished. He is garbage. STOP THE INSANITY.
For as bad as Zach is, I have to think we can somehow do better. Dolan needs to fire Isiah & get in a GM that hasn't burned bridges with half the GMS & coaches in the NBA. What if Denver misses out on the artest bibby deal? You think they are picking up the phone for isiah? NO WAY. And San Antonio? Don't know if they would want any of our players, but the point is about half the league hates isiah, and the other half feel they can screw us in any deal because Isiah has proven you can screw us. No to Isiah. No to any Isiah trade. No to bringing in Jermaine O'Neal. |

There is no way the Pacers make a trade with Isiah. Not only that, but there is no way the Pacers let JO get his way. The only way I see JO coming here is if the Knicks give up the number 1 pick.

I mean really? he is like a teenager who inherited millions from their parents, I mean he will keep indulging, regardless of the outcome, I mean hasn't he learned that these moves only end up in the shytter? Posted by BlueSeats: good find.. I think it goes so far beyond the players at this point. I mean, you could bring in lebron and we won't win, simply because the culture around here is just rotten to the core. when players start talking about other distractions, then it just shows you, there is just some bad shyt going on. BAD.. and until Isiah and the rest of that front office and coaches are just flused down the toilet and completly gone, things won't get better. I don't care who you bring in... For the love of the almightly, Please, it's time to turn the page...No more trades, it's pointless....Isiah needs to be relieved of his duties...He gave it a shot, but he's not the guy for the job...No need making a bad gig worse...As a man, he should have resigned after Annucha...Dolan is a chump for not canning him....The state of the Knicks has to change beginning with Isiah...The players has no respect for him and it's obvious...If Dolan can't eat the money, keep him on as a scout for draft purposes(bad idea keeping him in the organization)...This is really sad and hard to watch...This just can't continue like this...I still watch every game rooting for the team but my disdain for isiah is approaching LB levels...This is really sad...

Posted by GKFv2:Posted by EnySpree: maybe not but if we can unload 1 year off Zach's contract it's worth the trouble, no? where are we going if we stand pat as it is? if the overall product won't improve after trading for JO then at the very least we can get out from about $30 mil in contract & luxury tax savings in the final year of Zach's contract.
