Because he can just flat out play the game. Nothing flashy. Nothing spectacular. Just heady play, savy and production. And he's only gonna get better - he's only a freshman. A freshman that plays like he's been in the NBA for 5 seasons. It's amazing how much poise and smarts he plays with at such a young age. Something tells me that this kid's going to have a long productive career. I just feel it in my bones. It's not even about the comparisons with this guy. Some guys just have "it," you know what I'm saying. If I'm wrong, hey, I'll be the first one coming on here ripping myself for the endorsment. Say what you will about his limitations (and he does have some), this kid's definitely gonna have an impact at the next level. Mark my words. If he winds up going 20 or further down in the draft, he'll be one of if not the biggest steals of the draft.
