He's 19. Everyone makes mistakes. It's not like they said he was sticking up a banks while doing donuts with car on a one way street when some girls were playing Double Dutch.

Sure he makes mistakes, but he cashes in on his fathers name and then pulls arrogant crap.

Got his ass kicked, why? Cuz he was an *******? Arrogant?

Used a false ID, Ok no biggy, but if you get caught, own up to it. But then be so incredulous about it? Why, cuz your "privileged?" Phuch that! Then to top it off Yuke on yourself in the police crusier and pass out is just bad form.

For Isiah he does try but the wonderful life he thinks he created has just become his private hell.

But he is secure in his money and one would hope he has not blown his millions on bad investments or other things.

The article doesn't say anything about him using his dad's name to try and get away with anything.

Kid's nineteen and obviously way too drunk. Give him a break, it's his first year in college. I would've been pissed too if I went to the hospital for something and instead got a summons for underage drinking.

You do know the guy that he had a fight with was a Knicks fan right? Also they got into a fight because the Knicks fan kept on saying things about Isiah. We you can't even say it was a fight because Little Isiah got hit from the back.

The younger Thomas is a student at Indiana University, where his father won a national championship in 1981. Joshua Thomas doesn't play basketball at the school.

Thomas and two friends were at the bar Kilroy's on Kirkwood when Thomas attempted to order a drink and started talking with another man, according to the police report. Thomas told police the man punched him, causing a laceration above the right eye.

Other witnesses said Thomas was hit with a beer bottle.

Thomas was taken to a hospital, and police were called around 1:20 a.m. Tuesday. Officers said Thomas appeared intoxicated, with slurred speech and bloodshot eyes. He became irate and started shouting obscenities at officers at the hospital, after his friends got into an argument with police.

Thomas told officers he wanted to pursue criminal charges if they found the man who hit him.

The Knicks have said Isiah Thomas won't comment on the case.

Do you think Isiah would bail him out of jail if it meant not improving the team, like how he'd trade his mother? Discuss.
