Joe is right...Jordan dominated the ball and wasn't the point guard..Wade handles the ball more and isn't the point guard...heck, Lebron handles the ball more and has more assist but still isn't the point guard...

Holfresh, the definition of a PG or the assist totals of guards is moot in this.

Crawford has been the primary ball handler for quite a long time now. The majority of his shots come off of his own creation - most of those of which occur with him taking the ball up the court, looking over the defense, and deciding to go 1-1 by himself.

I don't know what you're missing, or, maybe what I am missing, but the guy has been the most ball dominant guard of all our guards. He's the primary decision maker of the offense and the primary shooter (which as I said stems off of he being the primary decision maker)

That makes him the primary ball handler - thus the primary decision maker with the ball - thus - THE STARTING POINT GUARD - even if he "starts" at "shooting guard" - that does not matter.

He has been in this role for a very long time.

Kobe Bryant is the main ballhandler for the Lakers & the main shot taker... so you consider him their PG?
