I thought it was funny when Breen was laughing at how Zach just blew up Q to take rebound away from him, when nobody was around him....... LOL

Zach can play on a championship team. It just has to be built with some consideration to his efficiencies/deficiencies. This team is not. Period.

Put Kirilinko at the 3 and a center like Bogut, Hunter, or something like that, not even special players, just solid players that fit with him and watch how much your frontcourt dominates.
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

This is the problem I have with zach, and what makes me ignore his gaudy numbers at times... against the spurs, knicks seemed to be onto something with curry, lee, and malik on the front line rotating. that was a gutsy game, although our guards gave the game away at the end.. I figured maybe they could build on this game, but I knew zach would be back in Houston to blow any good feeling up..

during that game, nate and jamal got hot in the 4th, after a few makes, the knicks came back down court with the ball within 7 points I think, nate hit a few shots and jamal was hot. zach got the ball, didn't even look for either guy, his man backed off a little, zach looked at jamal, turned his head and just threw up a 20 foot jumper that missed, the rockets came down and put the game out of reach... zach does this a lot, to me that is selfish and on top of it all, just down right stupid.. but this is zachs game, he shoots as if he has a quota to fill, to hell with winning or feeding the hot hand, he has to fill the zach quota, this is why I have always disliked him as a player... and I want him the hell out of here...

Zach gets so many rebounds because he doesn't guard anyone. He's almost never got a body on anyone, so he's free to grab as many rebounds as he wants. Players on the Blazers used to say it all the time and some even said that was the difference between Zach and Jermaine.

Watch Zach's rebounding compared to Marcus Camby's. Camby guards his man, usually ends up having to come over and help on AI/Melo's man, contests the shot and still turns around boxes out and goes up for the rebound. Zach stands there and waits for the ball to come off the rim.

Comparing Zach to real rebounders like Rodman is like comparing Steph's 20 and 8 to The Big O.
