I suppose for defensive purposes, putting Malik on Duncan would work out better than either Curry or Lee...
Although, that's under the premise that we actually have a shot at this game.

Cut your losses and get Lee the minutes.

On a side note, with Randolph out and Duncan in the frontcourt, could Curry getting into foul trouble lead to actual minutes for Morris?

Now that's just wishful thinking. Isiah will find any excuse not to play Morris.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

You have a better chance of seeing Quentin or Jamal playing center than Randolf Morris getting minutes tonight, especially since Malik Rose always seems to play Tim Duncan pretty good. I expect Malik to get about 25-30 minutes tonight.

Actually, I wouldn't even be surprised if Malik started over David Lee tonight simply because he's had past success against Tim Duncan.

With that said, we're gonna get absolutely swamped and it's gonna be ugly, like the games in Boston and Denver.

PS, I didn't see Matt's and King's posts before me, so therefore, I still get full 100% credit for calling the playing of Malik and shall remain the smartest man on Earth.

If I was Zeke I would start Malik Rose. Lee has only had double-double in 6 out of his last seven I think. After talking with Holfresh I think Zeke has decided to start Malik.

LOL!!!!

Well, we couldn't beat the Kings WHO STINK while missing four starters....at home.

I doubt we beat the Spurs.

Yet, the Spurs did play late in Denver last night, got home in the wee hours this morning, and won't have Manu tonight so I guess it's possible as the cliche goes in the NBA anyone can beat anyone on any given night.

Still, even if we do pull out a W, it's meaningless in the big picture. This team is just depressingly horrible.

LOL!!!!

Malik is starting.... not surprising as Isiah will suggest "Malik has played with Tim Duncan and therefore can guard him as well as anybody."

Very good 1st Qtr. Everything they did was in line with what i've been saying they need to do. Run more curls for Jamal, penetrate and attack the basket and hit Curry early with the pass. The 3's we took were in the flow or at least when in rhythm. We need to keep teams honest by moving the ball and moving the players. No matter if we win or lose these are the things this team needs to do to win games.

If people cant see we are a better team without Zach then thye know little about basketball. Curry is a different player and the team actually shares the ball a bit better. If we wouldnt have made any trades we would have been much better off.

I can't believe Isiah actually called a timeout before we got down by 20!!!!

Isiah's substitutions often lead to scorinig droughts. I don't know what he thinks about sometimes.
