The point I was trying to make is he can start for most teams but most of the teams mentioned by joe, like I explained in depth, have other players on their teams that would put David in the same spot he's in now.
Thing is if he can start for most teams and fit in to a winning situation and blend in patty wack give a dog a bone.......then he needs to either start everyday @ power fwd for the Knicks or get traded now while his stock is high and actually get top talent back that fits the Knicks. Cuz the fact is the Knicks aren't winning anything with david lee behind curry and zach. David playing the 3 is too much of a stretch for the Knicks to win anything.
The right move has to be made.......but we are all scared as hell to see what Isiah actually does.....if he does anything.

I think a guy that will give you something close to 12/12 and 55% fgs in 30-32 mpg is a solid starter. Who he plays with will dictate how big the impact of those numbers are. Yes his m2m defense sucks but he can be disruptive and get his hands on passes and steal a lot of rebounds.

i think he can give u more than 12 pts. if given those minutes... the guy has better post moves than most people give him credit for IMO, & he can get off his shot equally well w/both hands... give him 30-32 mpg i'm willing to bet he can average 16/12, especially if he's playing alongside a pass first PG.
