Come on Isiah, stand up and call somebody a "black bitch 'ho". Tell the team not to care about the "fukcing white fans". Do something that conveys passion.

OTOH, Isiah's passion as manager has been to destroy his MSG compatriots, so maybe that's what his players have taken from him: finger pointing, infighting, team destruction.

Isiah stinks!!! The guy is doing a horrible job preparing this team. I see poor spacing on the floor, no motion to clear space for our post ups. On the perimeter on one play Jamal was at the top dribbling and and instead of Nate and Q being above the 3 pt line with him so they could swing the ball, both of them were facing him from inside the 3 pt line right near Zach and Curry, with no space and nowhere for Jamal to pass the ball.

On D we keep needlessly doubling and tripling Kobe which is leaving other guys open and Kobe has 6 assists. You need to shutdown the other players and just deal with whatever Kobe does. You can't stop him anyway, so try to shutdown the rest of his team. This is just more evidence of what i'm talking about.

The sets we run now are totally absent of any Motion,creativity or misdirection. Defenses don't have to work hard to defend us. No pick and roll/pop, no give and go, no curls, no back cuts ... what the hell? We still don't see a cohesive team and how long should it take for a coach to teach his players to fake passes once in a while instead of telegraphing every single pass? His lineups and rotations lack any sense to them. How about trying to match the speed and quickness of Kobe with Balk, Mardy and Chan? Q is too thick and slow. This to me is about more than the players, it's Isiah.

Nix, what the hell is it going to take to make you realize that these players SUCK. I don't care what anyone tells you about how much talent they have, 99% of them dont have heart and if you don't have a heart, you're NEVER going to win.
