The problem is not players but coaching, environment, teammates...
Unfortunately players have no choice, otherwise nobody will stay in NY for more that 1 year.
Money is good thinng but players geting similar money everywhere.

Yup. It's everything. The culture around here is enough to drag anyone down. YOu need a breath of fresh air. A proven winner that can rid the world of this stink
