Do you honestly think that Stephen Jackson would be the piece to suddenly gets the Knicks winning? I don't. Jax has been in reasonably good situations. On the Knicks, it would be a disaster waiting to happen. That's just how it is.

Nope I think his headcase value is higher than Zach that's all. Trade for him instead of Zach and have Jack eating Q's minutes probably gives us 2-3more wins than right now, not that it's anything to write home about but it would also provide with a better cap situation down the road. You're kind of taking my comparison to the wrong extreme.

of course u trade for him over Zach... his contract's about half the value & runs a year shorter... that's not the point... why would u give up Balkman & Frye to get him is the issue... he's a high risk player that wears thin on teams he plays for... look at his track record of switching teams since he's been in the league... if he was so great & worth holding onto, teams would probably want to hold onto him.

Well according to most here Frye's value here at the time of trade was next to nothing so in essence we'd be dealing Balk for Jack. I wouldn't trade for Jack to be honest but if both deals were proposed I'd do the Jack deal instead of Zach and buyout Francis. I understand what you're saying therefore Artest isn't an option either. No more headcases no doubt.
