Is it really possible isiah is this stupid, rudy gay is dropping 18 every night roy is one of the better guards in the league and aldridge is already better than curry. The man knows how to evaluate talent.

He can't even draft, he deserves no credit. Four of his picks can't even find minutes on this team which is just sad.

Curry/Nate Robinson and a number 1 for Al Horford and Speedy Claxton.

Put it to rest guys.

Eddy, Steph, zack, Craf, JJ, JJ1, Q, Rose, Jones, Nate are not tradeable assets.
I don't think anybody, and I mean ANYBODY in NBA want any peace of this group, unless dumping salary or even bigger crap on us.
So let them play in NY to the end of whatever will end first.

Teams want Eddy. There is always a market for a 57% shooter. No matter what you guys think of Curry he is a decent big man in a big man depleted league. Problem is you guys want more from him and feel let down when he isn't getting 24 points a night you guys still have visiopns of Ewing dancing in your heads people need to realize he isn't Ewing and never will be. Take what you can get a decent big man and thats it.

Price paid for Eddy by Isiah makes the bond between him and Eddy as strong as bond between Isiah and Steph.
Eddy and Steph can be traded ONLY after Isiah is gone.
I think we all agreed on this long time back.

Briggs turning on Curry?

No. But I do realize what is more important to the team is style of play. I think what we can do with Zach and Lee[and david lee is still hurt--you can see that when he is fully healed i expect his numbers to climb to a 16-11 level as a starting 4-5 on a quicker team] is play a sleeker style like Pheonix and Golden State play. I'm willing to keep Jamal. I think if the play is opened up and we can add % players i.e 50% FG low TO's good FT--guys I have mentioned Calderon Childress etc.. we can get better quicker. Were going to beat the depleted teams and win some home games as we are now--but we are NOT a good team and we CANNOT compete with the elite teams on the road --we've had some teams put up double digit leads at home on us[we won 2 of those late in the 4th] and our home record overall is just fair. I want to committ to a style of play and I think that a quicker longer team that can get up and down and play effeciently is the way to go.

What about Curry for a lottery protected first and cap space?

No F way. The only way I would trade Curry is straight value and I represent his value as a good young semi-proven player over a couple of years at a need position + a pick and would be willing to make the $$ work--i.e[one crap player. We paid to much but too many people here are amateurish in a sense in terms of selling low. A few years ago every team in the league wanted Eddy Curry and wouldve thrown the max at him. He played VERY well last year for a 24 year old player--who can deny this 20-7 57%??????. He had a home invasion--perhaps he came into camp heavier and now working with Zach has thrown off his progress. BUT from what I witnessed last year was a superstar in the making at times. A guy who put up 42-10 in one game shooting 17-20 a guy who WAS in better shape. He's not in good shape right now and his working environment for what he does has changed drastically.

I dunno about a lottery protected first, but how about a top 3 protected first? Curry to Minny for Ratliff and a first?

Eh...Minny's not really gonna go for that are they? Getting Mayo or Gordon and like Roy Hibbert in the first would be a nice haul towards rebuilding if they can manage it.

how about Eddy Curry to the Bucks for Bogut and Bobby Simmons. I think Eddy would fit with Redd and Yi,Bogut with Zach is a good fit. this is just an idea don't know if salaries match but i think this would help both teams

Why would the Bucks give us Bogut for Curry? Bogut can rebound, block shots and pass the ball. He's also scoring at over 12 ppg right now. I think it's unrealistic to think that we could even get Bogut for Curry straight up.

Because Yi can rebound, block shots don't know about his passing and they have Charlie Villenunva.I think Eddy can create double teams for Micheal Redd.Bogut is exactly what we need.

Bogut would be great for us. As far as complimentary players, you may have a point, but I think we would have to offer more than just Eddy. Maybe Eddy and Wilson Chandler for Bogut?

I think they could do it if we took Dan Gadzuric's bad contract off their hands. Eddy for Bogut/Gadz works under the cap too.

I want to be greedy though and upgrade the sf position that's why I suggested bobby simmons, they also have Roger Mason maybe we could include Fred Jones expiring and Malik Rose but I agree with u I think we would have to offer more.

I think that's the absolute most you could get for Eddy and it would be worth it. Lots of good 2 way players come out of the middle of the 1st round

unless that player is eddy curry!

bonn- agree with you on EC's height

right now- let's be honest- we're five years out from being able to clean up this mess. i'd love to be able to hoard picks in a 2-4 year period and would trade everyone- possibly including lee because why force him to suffer hear? I'd trade him to san antonio for three of their unprotected first round picks if they would, nd take my chances...
