chicago, is awful, and we barely beat them. I still think they need a PG and to address this SF spot. I will take the win, but 3-9 is nothing to jump up about..

Chicago's main problem is they do not have Deng. Who I feel is the most underrated player in the league. Another problem the Bulls have right now is adjusting to the fact that they do not have P.J. Brown. Remember Brown was one of the main reasons they were a good team last year. They should have just paid him the money he wanted. P.J Brown was so good last year that he made Ben Wallace irrelevant.

problem is the bulls stink so far with deng.. their main problem is that they have no post scorer. I mean no one to get to the line or an easy hoop. Problem with the bulls is that they are a perimeter team, and they have some streaky shooters.

Which brings a point about them. How can they go from being so promising to being even worse the us so far? This whole thing is just getting stranger and stranger with what's been going on with the Knicks and what's happeing to those other guys.

sometimes you can tinker too much, but I think both teams are suffering from stubborness. Isiah's stubborness to cut ties with some of these losers and the bulls stubborness of doing things the "skiles' way. You know this so called "system" the bulls had was a bit overrated, they play hard and won a lot of games on grit, sometimes that is not enough, and when guys like duhon and hinrich are not playing above their heads, then you have problems... losing PJ brown hurt also... but yea, this year so far is somewhat confusing..
Anyone who sits around and waits for the lottery to better themselves, either in real life or in sports, Is a Loser............... TKF

It's interesting cuz the two teams are tied by so much and compared so much. The Bulls have been held up against the Knicks as a symbol of doing everything right and yet they seem to have made some bad judgment calls themselves. They were on the fast track to title contention and now there's serious doubt about that. It's gonna be interesting to see how both teams fair from here on. Can either team pull themselves out of this hole?

It's interesting you'd talk about them being tied in so many ways. I can guarantee you, if the Knicks record were the opposite way (9-3), the bulls record would be also. This is a general rule in chicago. Of all of the cities that NY has ever played, chicago has had the upper hand on us in the playoffs. The bears clobbered the Giants about six to three times in championship games (before the superbowl came out) and the bulls have clobbered the Knicks 4-1 on there way to four of those six championships. We beat them once in the playoffs, to eventually lose to the Rockets. The only bright spot are the Yankees, who have clobbered the sux and scrubs over the years. This may sound insane, but I know for a fact that chicagoans live by the NY yard stick. They teach their kids to 'hate' everything about NY. And at the same time, they try to do everything NY does. Worlds Tallest building, Merchantile Exchange (like Wall Street), Grant Park that is supposed to resemble a little of Central Park in a way, Magnificant MIle Michigan Avenue (like NY's famous Avenues and so on and so on. They want to outdo NY as much as possible and that city is only 1/4 the size of NY. And ironically, NY is kind of buying out chicago's institutions. They had a deapartment store (again like Macy's in NY) that was called 'Marshall Fields', who was recently bought out by Macy's in NY and changed the name to Macy's. chicagoans hate it! If you ever go there, if you go to state street, there is no doubt that they are building some projects that is very much going to resemble Times Square, but on a much, much smaller scale. they're even going to have the outdoor television stations, like in Times, NBC, ABC & CBS, affiliates to the major networks in NY. There's lot's of stories I can tell you about chicago. Here's another fact about chicago. The Civic Opera House was designed to look like a giant chair. They put the back of the chair to face East. To face NYC, as a symbol of turning it's back on NYC, to symbolize the hatred they feel there. They actually tell you this in their tours. It's totally amazing the resentment in that town. They will brag about how they invented something first. Like the steel beam building, in which they say NY took to another level. But all in all, as much as they hate us, they want to be like us and they are trying hard to sell it's self. They are tyring to get the summer olympics there to advertise themselves on a world scale and sell the hell out of themselves. The prices in that town are certainly going wayyyyyyyyyyy up and it's getting expensive like 'you guessed it' NYC. That would explain why chicago is tied with us in so many ways. But the unique thing about NYC is, NYC is made up of people from all over' the world. That's one of the things that's so great about NY. chicago uses it's sports teams as a symbol of success and they pride themselves on beating up on our NY teams. It is their symbol to success and claim to be the worlds greatest city. I thought people should know this the next time you wonder or talk about chicago. I don't know of any other city in the world who's like this.
I'll never trust this' team again.

I would even go as far as to say 'Isiah, the chicagoan, is here to undermind our franchise'. He holds the second most power next to Dolan, who is a victim to a con artist.
I'll never trust this' team again.

Yeah that whole 2nd City thing is very much a part of their culture. I admit to taking great joy in beating the Bulls. Ever since Jordan it's been a very important game for both cities it seems.

I would like to give a scenario here regarding Isiah the chicagoan.

Remember how I said 'chicagoans raise their own to hate us'? Is it no wonder, isn't it so ironic that Isiah 'the chicagoan' has been so destructive for us since he's gotten here? I mean we ended up with the worst record in franchise history. He brought us three New Yorkers in suckbury, Brown and Lenny and he's fired both Wilkens and Brown, two of the more respected of the three and kept the destructive little guy suckbury. Isn't it ironic that he told the bulls 'auh, let me handle it. I'll take Curry off your hands (a fellow chicagoan, who came from a chicaog team) and give you two of their draft picks to help ya out. Granted the two drafts they got from us arent' showing any signs of great improvement just yet, but we got a guy who I myself knew would be a bad fit for us and this chicagoan brought him to NY anyway. Don't you guys find all of this pretty conveniant? This is all quite a coincidence, isn't it?

Could it be the teachings of a chicagoan vs. NY, of an upbringing that something Isiah himself doesn't ven realize he's doing? I mean none of this makes any sense, right? The more baffling thing about it all is 'how do you explain Dolan'? But I wonder if any of you see this? And who's to say that someone like Curry isn't going through the same thing. Have either of these guys ever said 'I love New York'? Shouldn't have some kind of belief in something that you work for? Someone kind of pride? It's an interesting thought.

Anyway, we have a host of problems, but it could be a baby step towards getting back to playing .500 ball, which is not good enough considering the awful losing streak, or a blip on the radar before Isiah's removal.

I know it's early in the season, but knowing what we already know, the sooner we get a new GM the better he can prepare for the trade deadline and the draft. Playing .400-.500 ball and buying Isiah time probably serves more of a setback than advancement.
A new GM right now will be handcuffed. At least this off-season there will be some expiring contracts and likely a high lottery pick. I'd make Isiah suffer through the season if I were Dolan. The team's gonna finish bottom 4 in the league even if Isiah coaches to win each game.

This was NOT a much needed win, as its only slowing the "Get rid of Isiah" movement.
