I want to thank everyone for the wonderful responses:

1.) Travis is finally asleep.
2.) The cat has still not been found. We live in a duplex and he finds a way to get next door. I'm guessing that's where he is. hehehehehe!
3.) My hope is that the cat goes outside and cleans himself. Isn't that what they do?
4.) The little shiot did have it coming
5.) I'm going to sleep until Tuesday
6.) My goal for the next game is to duct tape the cat to Travis and then feed Travis rancid meat before the Jazz game. Let's start a winning streak
I just hope that people will like me

Duct tape yes. But you won't need rancid meat. Just watching the Knicks defense should do it. Does for me.

Keep us updated on the whereabouts of the cat. Yes, he'll try to clean himself, which may be hard, depending on the volume of vomit. (It sounds like there was at least two gallons of the stuff.)

Let us know if he ever comes back.

He's fine today. It was about 48 hours of misery though. Thanks for asking. The cat was back on his lap this morning...........I don't want anyone ever telling me that cats are as smart as dogs.

Cats are actually smarter than dogs. In this case, the cat new there was a lot of fluid that needed to be soaked up, and nobly used his fur to get the job done.
