the guys is averaging 4 plus turnovers a night, plays no defense and doesn't get back in transition and never passes the ball, holds it too long, i would say he is a tremendous problem

You can say the same thing about everyone on the team.

With a team that has no clue what they want to do as a team after 3 years together then you can't fault the new guy.
